During our research for the social trend 'real & unreal' we discovered the fascinating work of French photographer and artist Antoine Geiger. For his series SUR-FAKE he took pictures of tourists, couples and passengers at musea and restaurants and in the streets. Instead of interacting with the world around them - let alone with each other -  his 'subjects' are all 'glued' to the screen of their smartphones. This striking photo series makes us consider the huge influence of digital technology on our lives.
